Advice and assistance at the police station is free, but if you are charged to Court representation is means tested. As a Criminal Defence Service provider we can apply for legal aid on your behalf which, if granted in full, will pay the costs of your representation at Court.
If you do not qualify for legal aid, we offer either a competitively priced fixed fee service, or an hourly rate, so there are no hidden costs. If you are found not guilty, or the case against you is discontinued, we can apply for some of your legal fees to be reimbursed to you.
